Tom,what astonishes me is that ERC don't simply deduct it from their monthly allowance. After all, you used to be able to arrest peoples wages.
How can ERC give them their pay in full whilst accepting they are likely getting what in effect is 'special treatment'?
We need to be told as a matter of urgency.
