Tonight saw the first Crookfur, Greenfarm & Mearns Village Community Council meeting since the election and as the council ward boundaries do not mirror the community council boundaries, (the CC boundary overlaps into the two wards), all seven councillors for the two wards should have been in attendance.

We have been informed that not one of the councillors attended and none of them submitted apologies for not attending.

New Independent Cllr David McDonald has been to a CC and a Parent Council meeting already.
