Now where were we?.
Conservatives asked questions and someone from the Administration councillors pretends to answer, talks but says nothing that answers the question.
However the Conservatives have a new boy, and he pipes up, "that last question was not answered, could someone answer it please" .
The question was whilst we know that the number of councillors have been reduced from 20 to 18 can we be informed why the number of conveyor's have went down by a greater proportion.
At this point Cllr Lafferty is waving his hand in the air like a demented child at school trying to attract the teachers attention. Provost sees him and hosts the excited man speak, to para phrase he tells everyone that in the olden days when he was a child councillor they only ran with a few conveyor's and he never heard anyone say that they were being overworked.
Question answered, no.
Oldy conservatives don't ask for the question to be answered again, they know better and the young Tory has asked his one allowed question and is not allowed more than one.
