- The finance and business review of ERCLT is commercially sensitive to the Trust and as such is exempt frm FOI under Section 33(1) b.

2. Please provide copy of joint Trust/Council plan now being implemented and overseen by the Director of Education, the Trust's Board and its Chief Executive.

- The Action Plan you refer to will be the subject of a report to the Council's Audit and Scrutiny Committee when it next meets on 27 September.

As such it is for future publication and under Section 27 is exempt from release at this time.

It will become publicly available through the normal channels on the Council's website within 12 weeks of your request.
