The above might not be the last minutes for these meetings !!

From ERCLT Board Meeting - Tuesday 5 June 2018 minutes -

3. Minutes of Board Meeting of 27 February 2018

It was agreed that the minutes would be reissued with more detail regarding the duration, challenge and robustness of the discussion to accurately reflect the meeting for approval by the Board.

Minutes of Extraordinary Board Meeting 17 April 2018

As above.

In my personal opinion a most blatant attempt to censor what it going on with a body that instead of making money for ERC, is having to be financially propped up by it.

If I have this correct the reasons provided for non disclosure of these minutes were.

The draft minutes have not been approved at the following meeting, therefore if they are not approved we do not require to publish them.

We also do not require to approve minutes.

Simplessssss........

So lets not approve them so that the bad news in them cannot be seen - bad news the council Chief Executive having a go at the ERCLT board of directors?

You ask for the documents, does this then prompt the board to wish to amend the minutes many months later to get their answers of denial in, before they have to publish?

I would have to suggest that as far as I am concerned not only has Anthony McReavy been involved in what I would allege was a cover up, the board are also possibly complicit in this.
