Cllrs on the Planning Committee had decided to wait until accusations against their colleague, Stewart Miller, had been dealt with before deciding on Gordon Pollock’s proposal for Mossneuk Farm.
However Mr Pollock decided to withdraw his complaint so as not to delay his application.
The Cllrs visited the site on Wednesday, without Cllr Miller.
The hearing was then heard on Thursday and Mr Miller left the room whilst the application was considered.
The application was passed by three votes to two.
