Have your say on new Council Tax and Benefits system

East Renfrewshire Council is improving its Council Tax and Benefits system.

If you are a resident in East Renfrewshire who pays Council Tax or you are in receipt of Housing Benefit or Council Tax Reduction, then the council wants to hear from you.

You can provide feedback about the current service so it can deliver a new and improved Council Tax and Benefits System that offers the best possible experience for residents.

The survey closes on October 11, 2019.
