Subject: Eastwood Leisure Centre and Eastwood Park Master Plan: Member/Officer Working Group

Hi

A meeting of the Eastwood Leisure Centre and Eastwood Park Master Plan: Member/Officer Working Group was held on 12 March 2020.

Would appreciate if you can give an update on any progress/work carried out since then.

Have there been any other meetings?

When is the next meeting due?

Thanks

Hi Andy,

Just a reminder to call Ian at Stallan Brand.

Eastwood was discussed at our board this week and I suggested you would be looking to organise a Steering Group in the near future.

On that subject, if you would like me to organise it I would be happy to if you are struggling administratively.

All the best,

I will be looking to organise a virtual meeting of the member officer working group soon.

I need to speak to Ian Harper first.

Could you just keep this on the to-do list and read up on how to set up a teams meeting?

Thanks
Andy

Apologies for not being able to get back in touch sooner.

To be honest I'm just struggling with the workload and one issue after another.

You and Eastwood leisure centre are on my to do list (including the outstanding bill!).

I spoke to Anthony today and hope to be able to move things on soon.

Regards
Andy

Colleagues

Please find attached a summary presentation for our teleconference meeting on Thursday at 11:30 AM.

The meeting of the Cabinet at 10 AM beforehand should be finished by this time so let's aim to start at 11:30 AM sharp.

Our consultants will participate in the meeting and will talk you through the presentation and the good progress made since we last met despite the coronavirus issue.

Subject to the outcome of the discussion I will conclude with a suggested way forward to accelerate the project.

Regards
Andy

Thanks for this.

Very helpful to see this and had a good look through it yesterday.

Are you free for a very quick chat about this today?
