Is this not a conspiracy to produce a false minute of the meeting circa 9th September 2020.?

In addition all of those present at the meeting of 9th September 2020 and at the subsequent meeting of 28 October 2020 are now drawn into this as they failed to object to the obviously inaccurate minutes in their possession.

Is this important?

Appart from breaching East Renfrewshire Councils own Standing Orders, Meeting Etiquette - Codes of Conduct while attending Meetings ?.

Does my Councillor fail to attend meetings and represent me, and do they fail to even take to time to offer a legitimate reason for their absence, that will be accepted as a valid reason for absence?

Comment from an internet web site which seems to sum up the issue.

Are apologies noted but not approved?
In our parish council, apologies are noted but not approved and the minutes clearly state this. This is because in the past councillors have not turned up, not apologised and then once in a blue moon, sent apologies and these were approved; therefore resetting the 6 month clock.
