Forget the chickens. After everything that's happened recently i'd hope they are going to spend on our infrastructure. How about new schools to cope with overcrowding, upgrade the transport system - proper trains that will actually arrive on time or shorten journeys and make it more affordable.

How many jobs would be created if they did all this? They are going to build the homes anyway so why not?
