A Ralph Robertson minority Administration? Are you sure?

That's it now confirmed that SNP and Labour have now agreed a deal and will form the administration at ERC for the next five years.

We now have a newly formed Labour and SNP administration within East Renfrewshire Council, carrying on from the last five years of a so called rainbow coalition.

Congratulations to all that were elected.

We will require to await the finite details concerning which elected members will be sitting round the cabinet table, and which elected members will be convenors of relevant departments.

For ERNHW it is business as usual, irrespective of who was to form the administration we were always going to continue as we had started, we will report on all activities of the council, the administration and elected members amongst other matters.

We will support measures and decisions that are designed to benefit the residents of this region, and we will highlight anything that is perceived to be downright wrong.

Most importantly of all we will continue to permit free speech, something that a few people appear to be attempting to deny us.

We will resist every and all attempts to suppress the opinions of the public, as we are of the opinion that we are in a free society with the right to express ourselves and make our opinions and feelings known.

We are five years older and wiser, we have endured constant attacks on both this site and our freedom of speech.

In my opinion conspiracy through various mediums and organisations, all of which have been well documented on this forum and held with full supporting hard copy evidence, unless of course my house is raided once again and the papers mysteriously disappear.

Do a job to the best of your ability and we will praise you, do anything less and we will highlight it.

Please drop the PR / Spin and concentrate on doing the job that you have been elected to do, in contrast to some of the previous administration members.

Any attempts to build on green areas in East Renfrewshire should be well publicised. Not everyone gets the time to read newspapers anymore, so information on sites such as this is most welcome. Thanks.
