Freedom of Speech is enjoyed by everyone.

However if you make comments on your social media platform as a Councillor, should you be subjected to a higher standard of thought out opinions?

This Cllr has two Facebook pages, one personal and one as a Cllr.

He does appear to prefer his Cllrs page to, as many commentators see it, pontificate on non council business.

His latest rant appears to be centered on his disapproval of how the UK Government are handling Covid 19, Nicola Sturgeon's handling of the Covid and the Police / Crown office handling of Margaret Ferrier's (SNP MP) alleged breach of Covid regulations.
