I had noticed it appeared yesterday.

Should this minute have been included in the Minutes of meetings for the period 29 April to 29 June 2021 Minute Volume submitted for approval as a correct record to Full Council Meeting 30 June 2021?

If so, when will it now be submitted for approval?

The Minute should have been included in the Minute Volume but was inadvertently omitted due to an oversight.

It will be presented to the meeting of the Council in September.

Elected members have been advised of the omission and that the Minute will be presented in September.

A copy has been issued to all Elected members at this stage.
