Information Request under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002
I refer to your Freedom of Information request (referenced 3640-5037-3094-3753) regarding a potential redesign of the Mixed Tenure Scheme, following it being referenced in the Revenue Estimates Council Report, on 1 March.

At this time, the review has not taken place or commenced.

The inclusion in the report referenced was to act as a consideration to the Council meeting.

As such, beyond the report you have referenced there is not recorded information at this time.

With this in mind, under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act; I can confirm that there is a nil return at this time as the information is not held.

However, in seeking to be of assistance, I can confirm that following the Council Meeting on 1 March, there will be a review taking place into the Mixed Tenure Scheme.

Having conferred with appropriate colleagues, there is an intention for the findings of the review to be reported to a future Cabinet meeting.

At this point, there is not a confirmed date for this - October has been tentatively identified, but please not this is not a guarantee it will be reported to an October Cabinet Meeting.

When there is reporting to Cabinet on the Mixed Tenure Scheme review, this will be made publicly available on the Council website.

Apologies for the delay in acknowledging your request; I had been in meetings all afternoon of the 15 September and then on annual leave, returning today.

I've had the update from the Service that the Mixed Tenure Scheme review is still taking place.

It is still very much the intention for any findings of the review to be reported to the Cabinet.

Unfortunately, I still don't have a date for you of when the review would likely be completed.

I can look to advise if this situation changes and there is a new indicative date. I will look to email you when this is the case.

In relation to the Mixed Tenure Scheme review, I have caught up with colleagues in the Housing Service and they have confirmed that there will be an update on the review to the Mixed Tenure Scheme within a forthcoming Council Report.

The Council Report is being coordinated by colleagues in Finance, as part of a wider update on Savings / Budgetary matters.

Housing have liaised with Finance and provided information that will support the content on the Mixed Tenure Service in the broader update.

Unfortunately, at this time - I cannot confirm when the document will be included in Council papers; as I understand the report is still in draft form.

Once finalised and approved for Council consideration, I will look to get in contact with you and provide the link to the report; as it will be publicly available.

I will highlight the relevant section(s) where detail on the Mixed Tenure Service is included to assist.

Which area can I clarify for you?

If it is in relation to the timing of the report being published; neither my colleagues in Housing or myself had been sighted on the report being submitted for inclusion at this week's Council meeting when we had met on Wednesday afternoon & as such had no knowledge it would be published as early as Friday.

Had we been aware, I would have let you know in my response on 7 December & advised of the appropriate agenda item number.
