Tonight I attended the first meeting of the newly reformed Netherlee and Stamperland Community Council. It was very well attended by a great group of enthusiastic people passionate about their area.

I wish them well going forward and will be attending again to observe and offer advice if called to do so.

- First I’ve even heard of it. Any ideas what they do and how they are going to be visible so the residents know what they are discussing/doing?

- Interested in this as well. Will there be minutes published? When are the meetings? Can we attend? Where are meetings held?

Be aware - They are not very timely at publishing upcoming dates of meetings, Agendas, minutes.

Most of the Community Councils have facebook pages where you can get further and maybe more up to date information.
