• Windsor Suite Ballroom (Located on the 1st Floor of Eastwood House) – where the
meeting is taking place, there will be limited seating in a small public gallery.
Spaces in the Windsor Suite Ballroom are limited and will be allocated by booking on a first come, first served basis. Members of the public who wish to attend must book in
