Would not surprise me in the least if he ends up with one of the ten new properties ERC are currently buying.

I simply refuse to believe there is not a one bed flat on the councils books available in Barrhead.

A little bird tells me that every now and then they change the short stay lets houses and make them permanent and allocate others as short stay let. Lisa's house was a short stay let until she moved in and they then changed it to a permanent. They could do the same with the one that Vincent is in.

The council require to offer a property within 28 days, the fact that he has not moved is therefore an indication that he has refused the council's offer.

Making an offer fulfils the council's statuatory obligation.
