- How are these applications processed?

- Where will they be processed

- Who will process the applications and give the decision?

- When will they be procesed? When will the decision be given?

these applications are generally processed under delegated authority by the Clerk to the Board.

This decision will be made by the clerk after the period for objections has expired and before the pertinent date for which the application is made.

Obviously, any such objection will be given consideration in that decision making process.

The decision will be advised to the applicant in advance of the pertinent date so that they may operate in accordance with the granted licence terms.
