ENAA are not yet happy with ERC's request but Fletcher says that he is confident that they will come round.
Fletcher has asked that they move the container away from the entrance to another part of the allotment and plant leylandii or similar to scree the growing food.
He said that he was sure that ERC would be in a position to assist with a grant for that purpose.
Another grant?? Is he mad? Either ENAA have money to function or they should be stripped of the right to do so.
