The BN team have just spoken to a former ENAA Chair and current committee member who has confirmed Lisa Patton-Robertson is still the Vice Chair. He was not minded to answered any further questions, in fact the expression 'shot the crow' best describes his eagerness to terminate the call.
What a pity he didn't choose to be open and help clear the waters.

Leader Fletcher in his address to cabinet continually kept referring to 'local residents'

Leader Fletcher said - "Some of them are genuinely upset and stressed by the whole thing.

Local residents are affected by this structure.

Perhaps ENAA can plant some things and paint the fence to lessen the impact and move that caravan type thing."

We have to ask, why should they ?.

We are talking about one resident who works to a very senior manager and would have access to Leader Fletcher almost daily.

Leader Fletcher says that he would hope any small funding request by ENAA would be assisted. Who gave him the authority to say that.

There is nothing wrong with this fence or the two foot high wall.

Leader Fletcher said and inferred at cabinet that the wall was ERC's responsibility.

We have a copy of the lease, it is the responsibility of ENAA.

These comments are not helpful when elected members are being requested to make decisions.

He has made other comments that are incorrect, is this deliberate, or does he not know what he is talking about, or a combination of both.

upset and stressed- Why - and is this why Leader Fletcher is responding as he did and wanting to waste £60,000 of public money.

Perhaps he would be better signing up to a course in how to deal with staff who are showing adverse signs at work, instead of taking a much less and easier route and looking for £60k.
